On the other hand, an old apartment of much the same size in the Arts et Métiers neighbourhood is pegged at 1,850,000 euros. There are, however, much more affordable properties. The lowest prices correspond, for instance, to a studio of 6.52 sq.m in an old building in the Temple neighbourhood, suitable for a student, up for sale at 42,000 euros.
